Wish is a shopping platform that connects merchants mainly based in Asia to customers around the world. First launched in 2010 as a wish-list creating app, the American online e-commerce platform facilitates transactions between sellers and buyers and sells stylish products at a highly discounted price.
I worked on redesigning the Wish onboarding experience and proposed a solution that would impact user acquisition and activation.
